Problem with Hamachi , I can't find an alternative to play Lan Games

Please for the past 2 days I'm trying to play a civilization V Lan game with a friend that doesn't own the game.

So we both download the game and we joined a network in Hamachi and every time I try to join his game or he try to join my game we both have the same error "Error joining multiplayer session".

I tried also zerotier 1 and we get the same error.

Now Tunngle is closed,Gameranger doesn't support Civilization V and Evolve is closed,what the hell are old Tunngle users using for playing Lan Games now ? Please help me ,this thing is driving me crazy.
