Problems with downloaded Szenarios

i have problems with the most modifications for Civ 3 Conquests and i get different errors... they cant load sounds or something other, one example is the cold war mod, i get the following error: (Its german) Datei nicht gefunden -> "The File couldnt be found" (in english) "Art\Units\Soviet Infantry\...\Marine\MarinesRunRifle2.wav" The game will now Exit

Does it mean all great mods on civfanatics dont work with the german version?

i forgot to say that i have the newest patch installed of all (Civ3,PTW,CQ), -.- sorry didnt saw the editbutton

I got the solution... just rename the Files in the "Civilization III\Art\units" Unit-directories to the English names

Allows you to play English & German scenarios with the German version of Civ3.

Well, I wouldn't say it was for nothing. After all, you *did* learn more about the Civ3 file structure.

Just that while you were doing your work, I was looking for the thread in Utilities that I knew I had seen some time ago.
