Production yield error

Patch of 2/13/2018: In the report section on production yields, the totals for the individual cities is correct,. but the component numbers do not always add up correctly, for example, when you have a factory providing additional production to another city within 6 tiles. For some reason the added production from the distant factory is omitted in the table but included in the total. The correct number is also found on the individual city's production hoverover.
