He obviously can not used the original request for the new PI's as they will require new instruction. We mean to facilitate this NEW process, (if in deed the Special Council has been officially removed - still no clarification) as best we can and the original requests can be taken to have 2 or three meanings, according to this thread.

Cyc, please proceed with the PIs. The charges are not being dropped and we'd all like to get this in gear.

The Judiciary has reopened PI-Oct#1. This in effect reverses the action of improperly closing that PI. As the deed has been undone there is no need to contiue the public investigations. I therefore formally withdraw my accusations and request that the PIs against naervod, Shaitan and Veera Anlai be dropped.

This concludes our regularly scheduled program. As this thread was invalidated it will now be closed.

Cyc, as Special Council, should officially post in the Judiciary thread that the 3 PIs that have not yet been posted will not be posted as the charges were withdrawn.
