The Japanese army was lined up in its entirety on the Korean Border. The solders were lined up in neat and serene rows. You would never guess that something was afoot. They each wore uniforms that were mostly red. At the head of each row was a man wearing a great red plume. Many of these rows, often about 4 of them, were grouped under the command of a man wearing Blue armor and having a blue plume. The commanders had no set armor color, but they all had golden plume. Acting as the grand guards of the Commanders were some specially trained warriors, known as Samurai. They wore their commanders colors and carried specially forged blades, heated to extremely high temperature so that they could be made of a special iron stronger and more malleable than any other. (Plume=I dont know what else to call the hat decorations they had, think Samurai).
It was time to teach the resistant Koreans a lesson that they wouldnt forget. The countryside would be turned bloody with the cold hard swords of Japan. They would feel the burning fury of the Japanese empire!!!!!!(yes, its been a while since iv conquered any NPCS

) They had been disagreeing with the Japanese for a very long time, and it hadnt been forgotten. The new leader of Mongolia had agreed that it would be fine for Japan to show their anger to Korea. It would be a blood bath.
One of these solders was talking with his neighbors. The Japanese were of nearly equal numbers as the Koreans, and they were much better trained. The Japanese troops were sure to win in Korea.
The capital city of Japan, Tokyo, was bustling as usual. The streets were full of people selling goods and buying goods. The streets smelled of a mix of exotic spices and animal dung. Pigs ran around some of the streets as their owners chased after them. Every once in a while there is a rare horse that cruises by. It was a typical day, except for the important officials marching through the market.
Their boots clicked loudly on the stone road as they walked. The peasants moved as far out of the way as possible. They were holding a scroll of paper in each of their hands. Undoubtedly heading for a grand meeting with the emperor. They passed through the market into the noble section of town. Here all of the diplomats and rich folk of the city lived. Most everyone here was incredibly well off, one of the richest of the people in the whole empire. They passed old mansions, surrounded by beautiful rock gardens. These homes were a testimate to the long standing nature of Japan.
They approached the huge emperors palace. It was again surrounded by beautiful gardens. Reputed to be the most beautiful in the world. It had a huge building that was incredible to look at. The center was a great circular home for the Emperor. Surrounding that was a grand Garden, with 15 artificial waterfalls. After that were various buildings serving different governmental functions. One of these was the Japanese royal military Planning headquarters.
In the Japanese royal military planning headquarters a great undertaking was occurring. The Japanese officers were telling the emperor about the new troops they just equipped.
There were four main types of troops in the current military:
Basic Sword equipped infantry- These are infantry men with a sword. They are supreme warriors, getting in close and killing with deadly effect. They have specially forged Japanese blades that allow them to slice through their enemies. They are able to hold up the enemies and allow the other types of solders to easily mop up the enemies.
Archers- Long range attackers who are efficiently able to eliminate their enemies. When used in combination with the Sword infantry to occupy the enemy forces they are incredibly effective. The enemies dont stand a chance.
Advanced Spearmen- These are leftovers from the Classical age. They are still very useful. They have an extremely long spear and specialize in attacking cavalry. They are also very good at protecting Swordsmen from behind a wall of shields. Another tactic still in use from the Classical age.
Horsemen- The horsemen are the troops used when we are in need of a quick assault of the enemies. We captured a few horses from the Mongols and have been breeding and training them. Now we have many skilled riders in our army. They are usually equipped with a spear and also a sword for if they are dismounted. The horses are rare for any country besides Mongolia. Our enemies will never expect to see these in use.
Samurai- The incredibly elite troops of the military. They can best any troops in the known world in fighting. They have the rarest of forged blades that are viewed as indestructible. They have been trained in the arts of fighting since birth, and their families are often members of a secret order known as the order of the Samurai. It is currently fleshing out its codes of servitude to the Emperor and his commanders. They are enough to push Japanese troops toward victory even when they are outnumbered. Soon they will build a reputation that shall be feared throughout Asia.
The Japanese empire had many plans. It would create a strong core group of allies in North East Asia. It would then work to achieve supremacy in the pacific region. Unfortunately for Korea the first step of the plan to achieve the great Japanese Empire was to destroy the vile annoyance that was Korea. Nothing would stand in the way of the grand designs of Japan.
A letter was written to the leader of Yamato from the leader of Japan. It read:
Please do not fear about this latest military attack. We are angered by the Korean sneak attack years ago in our darkest hour. It will not happen again! We will make sure of it! But you of course have nothing to fear. You have been our most steadfast allies. We will make sure that you remain safe and strong. Greatest Wishes.
The great Japanese ship works was coming along stronger by the day. Soon it would be cranking out many ships that would assure Japanese dominance in the North Pacific. The entire nation of Japan was now moving like clockwork. The emperor demanded that everyone work as hard as possible at this time to make sure that Japan is able to achieve greatness. It was time for Japan to rise to its rightful position of power. It would occur now. No one would stop its rise.
The emperor sat in his throne room contemplating all of this. His Samurai guards stood like statues next to him. He could not wait. It would not be long before his domain would grow. He had gained the respect of the strongest fighting force in the world, the Mongols, and soon he would gain the respect of the world. Respect was something that he enjoyed, and something he fought for.
