But with the opposite effect in the Louvre, it gives a bonus for diversity. So (aptly!) the Louvre in Paris could be a tourism monster.

French UA pre-BNW made a Culture victory easier. Because in BNW this victory condition is changed, the French UA was changed accordingly. It effectively counters Brazil's Tourism focus and allows a nice Cultural vic while the UUs still make Domination as plausible as before. This synergy actually encourages conquest and great works theft to place them in the Louvre. It will be strong.

Seems fitting. I always thought it would make sense if cultures got an extra bonus for building wonders they actually built in the real world.
