[GS] [Question] Is it possible to add a "colourfilter" to decrease saturation, similar to how GA/DA does?

Inspired by the Civ5 overhaul release, I was curious whether it would be possible to do a "desaturation" overhaul on Civ6, to make the colours overall less saturated?

I was thinking about the way the colours change between dark/normal/golden/heroic ages, and whether it would be possible to hi-jack this mechanism for my purpose. However I haven't been able to find any files or code relating to this feature, other than some UI elements relating to the frames around the screen (as I understood it at least).

Have anybody ever looked into something like this or have any knowledge about how the colours are controlled between the different ages?
 
I would suggest taking a look at the FireTuner's Debug Options. There are some nifty things in there that may lead you down the right path.
Thanx for the answer, I'm completely clueless as with how to use the FireTuner, but now at least I know what to look into.
