Is there a version of this mod for Warlords or Vanilla?

Updating them to BtS ... No, use BUG. Updating them to a similar BUG standard ... No - way too much work involved.

'd but I looked around a good bit and didn;t see it mentioned explicitly.
Love the 3.6 BUG's purple 'City FIADL' messages, but am concerned it's giving information that would not normally be available to the player.
Since in the early game you cannot always open a trade window (no trade route for resources, no alphabet for techs), how would a player with 3.6 know That Shaka just spammed an unpronounceable town in the fog when you have only met him via his scout?

As long as the leader will talk to you, you can CTRL + CLICK the civ in the scoreboard to open the trade window with them. You can see the city list as long as you have met and they are not a vassal of a rival.

You can find out in vanilla BtS if an AI has founded a new city. It is probably a hole in the original game but you can do it. Thus BUG reveals this info via an alert.
How you say? Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the leader name. This opens the trade window. Be careful as the Alt key will declare war! You can see this in the info window if you hover over the AI in the scoreboard.

1) I saw something like an inner 'screenshot taker' (hope this can be understood) in some thread. Is this a BUG feature? And how can I use it?
2) Is it possible to customize the columns in the cities advisor(F1, I mean). I.E, in the production building advisors, there are a lot of columns I don't understand and I would like one with the number of turns before the end of the actual prod.

1) This is a standard Civ feature. Just hit the "Print" key on your keyboard and Civ does the rest. You can find the screenshots in "My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword (or Civilization 4 or Warlords respectively)\Screenshots".
2) This thing is called "Customizable Domestic Advisor", so yes, that's possible.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere (but if you could point me to it, I'd be grateful), but I installed the latest BUG Mod, but even when I load C-IV without the mod, if I access the Civilopedia from the main screen it sends me to the Sevopedia. (If I load the Civilopedia in-game it's fine. On another note, I've turned the Sevopedia off in the BUG-Mod options, yet when playing with the Mod loaded, it sends me to the Sevopedia in-game).

To completely disable Sevopedia requires modifying the [Custom]Assets/Python/Contrib/SevoPedia/SevoPediaUtil.py file and changing the two "True" values to "False".

No, BUG is definitely installed as a Mod as I have to load it from the main menu every time I run C-IV.

If you didn't do that in the installer or manually, the only way for any BUG stuff to work is if you installed it to the CustomAssets folder. Civ will not load stuff from the Mods folder without you telling it to somehow.
Which is the case (accidentally installed to CA folder at some point or set up auto-loading), I do not know. But one must be true.

What is your Display Order value on the Scoreboard BUG Options tab? Make sure it has the correct column code for Number of Cities. Q? Look at the hover.
