After cities flip due to spawning, at what point can I declare war to regain my city wihtout losing (flipping) all my troops to the enemy? I would have assumed 10 turns but i still lost 1/2 my army (including a general).

I believed it was after ten turns...but are you talking about losing them as you give them your cities or?

No I am talknig about allowing my city to flip, then trying to gain the city back later through war. It took me 12 turns for it to work.

Hi, there. I'm new here in this Forum, but I've been playing RFC and reading the threads here for about a year, almost every single day!

I usually finish my games early, by UHV.
But, this time, I wanted to see how Corporations stuff looks like, in BtS.
I'm playing with England and I've got Corporation and Medicine, and there are about 5 fishing boats and 1 crab. And I have a Great Merchant standing in London.
However, I'm not able to build a Sid's Sushi HQ. There's no button, no wonder icon, anything. (I've never seen a tutorial or even a SS of someone building a Corporation HQ. So, I don't know where the 'Build HQ' button is supposed to be  ).
Even when I go to Corporation Screen (F7), there's nothing I can click in to start my Corp.
What's the problem? Why can't I build it?
The same happened to Mining Inc. (I got all the technologies, GP and resources that is takes, with no success).
Help, please!
PS: Is it a bug? I didn't try it without RFC mod yet.

I've tried this too. But there's no damn button!
There's no Save I can post right know, because I consumed my GP on another Golden Age. But I'll keep on playing until the next GP appears.

Thanks, anyway.

Maybe somebody else build that corp then?

I don't think so. As I can see in Corp Screen, nobody built a corporation yet.

I gotta a save right now. Could you take a look?
There's a new G. Merchant standing in London. No button at all

Bottom, where all that fortify, settle GP and so forth buttons are. Those yellowish ones. In your save there are two.

There's no such buttons here!
I could even post a SS, so you can see I'm not blind.

^^^ I don't see any buttons (1.05).

That's it.
If Jet and I can't see the corp buttons, I guess we've found a bug.
Anybody else?

The stability points from resettlement, will you get those only when founding a city running this civic? Or will they be aplied to cities mor then 15 tiles away when switching to it? and when switching away from it, will you loos those stability points?
Does it work the same for the other stability civics?

Rhey, is it possible to include the ethiopians in the 600 AD start? And can you give rome the Apostalic pallace? its a bit annoying when you use the 600 ad start to see Izzy build it everytime. And this way the romans might actually survive when they respawn by the AP instead of bieing killed most of the times by the french.

It has always been my understanding that effects from civics only apply as long as you're running that civic and that stability is an empirewide value, so there is no such thing as a city more stable or unstable than any other in the empire. In that light I interpreted resettlement always as points per city more then 15 tiles away from the palace as long as runnig the civic. But I may be deadwrong, who knows. There's a stability-tuto around somewhere, maybe you'll find the exact mechanics there.

And good idea there about the AP.

Hum.. i have played this mod good few times now and the civs like India and Rome keep on collapsing ... they dont last very long.
