Quick Questions / Quick Answers

Complete kills are on, Siam has no cities but is still alive due to having units left. He never founded his capital and I was able to kill his settler around turn 10. He's had warriors wandering about since then.

I want to gift him a city so that I can keep him as my vassal, but when I bring up the trade screen, it says I have no tradeable cities. I can, however, trade my cities with other civs.

What gives?

has no capital. Just give it to him in IGE.

I play portugal in my current game. It is just a bonus every turn, but the one that you do not have as your global income or city income. That means that for example if you have negative gold and gpt and zero science (happens in early game) - you still get some science from trade route. Also you have additional gold per turn from every trade route, but it is not added to your income, so you can't trade it

This UA seems quite good. Is it?
I realy liked playing Portugal on immortal, but i think it would be way harder on deity. Also i played continents, but i think its much weaker on pangea, you just need to have coastal City States. Also Portugal really wants to play peacefully

Does Mongolia get "when you conquer a city" bonuses (such as Hero Worship founder belief) when they annex a CS with their UA?

Considerably should be yes since buying a city-state with Venice gives you the conquer bonus.

And there are some enhancer belief wording i am confused.

Get bonus science when missionaries spreading(okay, this is obvious)
Get bonus when city first convert(okay, obvious too)

Get bonus when your religion is spread to other cities(i forgot what is the enhancer name, and it is not the same with bonus for each follower in foreign cities). What does this sentence means?

One more question, if we already found a religion, and conquer another holy city.
Do we get multiple founder belief and some enhancer belief effect?

For example, the conquered holy city have ceremonial burial or sainthood belief. Do we get bonus when spending Great Person?

"Official" or Majority Religion only's Founder Belief

Help, the last modpack with NO EUI I have found is from December, attempts at creating my own have failed. Is there a modpack of newer version without EUI?

I have a quick tourism question. I returned to this mod after a couple of months and noticed that tourism seems to be a lot more potent early in the game. I can easily influence a neighbor if I go tradition and they are another policy by medieval era.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but I just won a tourism victory on standard speed by turn 363 with 63 tourism. Granted I had double what the next most influential civ had for almost the entire game but it still felt a little too easy.

Thanks!

Gazebo introduced tourism from Historical Events. It was too powerful. We're still balancing that.
