Can i somehow disable all this notifications about monopoly in Vox Populi, like "Indonesia controls 20% population of Furs"?

I'd like to disable the tourism notifications (Your culture is no longer exotic to Mongolia ... yeah well who cares?) There's too many notifications generally - most turns involve dismissing dozens of trivial notifications.

Thats actually a real thing. I just ignore the notfications. really. Who cares if that city received 5 science because it grew? Maybe this is worth looking at. Not high priority though imho.

I also ignore most notifications. It would be great if you could set in options which notifications you want to see/ignore, but I agree that it's not high priority.

I'd like to ignore them. But occasionally you miss an important notification, like a new city state quest to bully a nearby city state for 30XP for all units, or a new social policy is available.

Well considering we are trying to finalize a gold release....which means no more changes after that except as a mod mod.....its either on the list to look at or its not. If you all want to see it changed best to make a thread and debate it now, or forever hold your peace.

Actually, you cannot miss new social policy, unless you check that you can save it.

I see your point. It could also be added as modmod, like the ones that @Infixo made.

I remember a mod for vanilla which allowed to select which notification appear and which do not. It was halfly compatible with VP (the new notifications were detected and could be disabled, but the fact that this mod overwrote part of the interface to hide those notification was producing some bugs)
It would be a great modmod (assuming someone find this old mod and decide to make it compatible with VP)

Why my vasal Suleiman propose me that deal:
I give him Ankara and he vote for sanctions on me

???

If I founded a religion in my capital but didn't really like it, and later conquer another capital/holy city, how do I make that new religion my primary one? Hinduism was dominant on my continent, so I conquered it and wanted to drop Zooastro... I converted most of my remaining cities to Hinduism, including my capital/zoo holy city. The only ones unconverted had no dominant religion.

Pretty certain I wasn't benefitting from the founder beliefs of Hinduism, and when my great prophets popped, they were from my capital/zoo holy city, which made great Prophets a faith sink instead of a useful bonus

You can't.

Why?
1) The way religions are coded in Civ 5 does not allow the player to "choose" its religion.
2) As a design choice, we don't want founder to be able to unintentionally loose their religion.
3) Comparing two religions is something very difficult to do for the AI, since most of the beliefs have long term vs short term concern, or strange bonuses, and all of them are correlated with each others (except when creating a religion, you can't just optimize belief per belief). => The AI never have a preference to a particular religion, and will always try to keep its current religion. So a feature like "being able to change of religion" will not be implemented as long as the AI is not able to use it (which may never occur).

What counts for shared religion modifiers? Also holding the holy city? Then what exactly mean "primary" religion?

Primary religion is the one you have the most in your cities. If you found a religion, but then conquer a holy city of another religion for example, you could change your primary religion by spreading it

But do you get the founder bonus from the conquered holy city?

Aside from the instances where your response to certain situations may trigger a war, does choosing "you'll pay for this in time", or "very well" have any actual affect with the opposing AI?
