Does the installation go same way in both cases if you have previous version already installed and when you don't have any version installed?

And what about case when you have some of the previous versions installed but they have never worked at all?

The installation should go the same way, whether you have a previous version or not.

Better check if it's PlotTypes.PLOT_LAND instead of NOT PlotTypes.PLOT_HILLS. Just in case some mods make desert mountains a thing.
Thank you.

Vassals' capitals are excluded from Domination Victory, so it's fine if they're your vassal (or it should be; this might be bugged).
Do voluntary vassals also count for domination victory now? My memory of this is from a few versions ago, but I recall having to DoW them to finish the job.

that's a fun discovery, nver thought to look at culture per turn when adotping this policy... but are you updating the tooltip or removing it? In the latter case it's quite a big deal, maybe it should be discussed, moved later in the tree or something? Even if no one noticed (I didn't), if it is a huge boost, then removing it is a huge nerf no? If that has been hidden since the beginning, then artistry has had time to evolve based on experience, I doubt it is suddenly OP?

I agree, this isn't a meer bug fix at this point...its a true balance change, and should be discussed as normal.

I think, only capitulated Vassals should count, not voluntaries. But even that did not work in the previous version (1.0?? 1.1??): All remaining civs had capitulated to Ramesses, but no Victory screen appeared.

I have a feeling you have to acquire a capital to trigger the victory check.

Is it safe to use quick load now? I vaguely remember that wasn't recommended for DLL mods so you'd have to go back to the main menu->mods and load that way, years ago.

Oh also, are there preferred setup options/rules for VP? Like is it better for balance&AI to play with research agreements or tech trading enabled or disabled?

I see 2 pairs of identical founder beliefs in 4 of the AI religions... is that new or is it a bug?

VP 1.1.4

EDIT: repetitions also with pantheons and follower beliefs. WAD or BUG?

Should the Siri Pada count as a mountain ? It actually doesn't. I can't build Machu Picchu in a city settled 2 tiles away from it (Siri Pada is in my territory)

Does "DiploAIOptions" work with Modpack ? I ask because I have negative diplo modifier with some IA like "They know your are competing with them, and they hate it!(-141)" even when I put "1" to "SELECT 'DIPLOAI_DISABLE_VICTORY_COMPETITION'"

It should. If it's not working then it's a bug.

Did you change Civ5Units.xml? All SQL changes need to be put there.

Code:
<!-- NOTE TO MODDERS: Each Civ can belong to only one of the four Start Bias categories, listed below. -->
<!-- If a Civ has entries in any of the four following tables, any entries in later tables will end up being ignored. -->
<!-- So... Coastal bias trumps River bias trumps Region Priority trumps Region Avoid. -->
Is this still the case? At the very least, Egypt is currently given River Bias + Region Priority Desert, but this comment suggests that Region Priority Desert is never included.
