Well, I'd go for Bw'in first, because of the millitary value, I'd prob settle where I am, because moving would put me behind (maybe the long term..) well, I'd let my warrior explore, to find opponents boundries and places for my second city.. etc.
I'd go worker first (fast worker) for improvements, and prob. after I'd go another worker, then granary, to help my city grow.
This isn't a good plan if you ask me .
Spoiler why it's not that good :
to build a granary you need pottery
to get pottery you need fish or agri + the wheel = 3 techs to research.
There is no way you have BW + those 3 techs when you finish the second worker.
So it's not exactly working.
And what are your workers supposed to do? all they can do is mining or (after BW) chopping. You have 3 food tiles in your starting position.
1 requires agri, the others require fishing.
You can start building stonehenge or barracks or warrior(s) while letting your city grow (with low food tiles!) and researching BW. Then switch to worker as soon as you're size 2, switch to slavery asap and whip the worker asap.
You'll have it earlier, with already a bunch of other things done (like warriors for exploration/fogbusting).
