Ramarawrs Game

Well, I'd go for Bw'in first, because of the millitary value, I'd prob settle where I am, because moving would put me behind (maybe the long term..) well, I'd let my warrior explore, to find opponents boundries and places for my second city.. etc.
I'd go worker first (fast worker) for improvements, and prob. after I'd go another worker, then granary, to help my city grow.

This isn't a good plan if you ask me .

Spoiler why it's not that good :
to build a granary you need pottery
to get pottery you need fish or agri + the wheel = 3 techs to research.
There is no way you have BW + those 3 techs when you finish the second worker.
So it's not exactly working.
And what are your workers supposed to do? all they can do is mining or (after BW) chopping. You have 3 food tiles in your starting position.
1 requires agri, the others require fishing.

You can start building stonehenge or barracks or warrior(s) while letting your city grow (with low food tiles!) and researching BW. Then switch to worker as soon as you're size 2, switch to slavery asap and whip the worker asap.
You'll have it earlier, with already a bunch of other things done (like warriors for exploration/fogbusting).

I would start with producing a warrior while the city grows and reasearching BW. Then title swap so the warrior is done 1 turn after the city grows(swich to a 1F 2H right before the city grows from the 3F one then work 2 1F 2H titles(or a 3H and a 2F 1H titles)). then start on worker. As soon as BW is in swich to slavery and whip the worker as soon as possible. Starting on agriculture would make you able to work the corn while you chop for a setler(or build a mine first if there are any hills nearby which i think there are not.) Then as soon as AG is in farm the corn. Explore with the warriors. thats what i would do at least.other options include but are not limited to. Researching AG first and build either of warrior or worker first. Get a religion. get fishing early. Among other options.

I feel that playing the game is the best way to learn, and I havent opened the game since I posted the first screenshots.

Good to see the thread still running but I have to agree that playing some turns will move things along and give us new stuff to debate.

Given the base we are starting from, I wouldn't recommend worrying about this level of micromagicment.

Interesting. I currently play on similar settings but it never occurred to me that I could post segments of a game and have people help me make decisions, especially on the lowly Noble difficulty (which is what I play on right now). It's nice to see you guys are so generous with your time. Maybe when I move up tp Prince (soon) you can help me out when I inevitably crash and burn on my first few tries.

@Ramarawr: What victory condition will you pursue? I'd suggest playing to Ghandi's traits and go for cultural or space race, but war is possible if that's what you really want.

Personally with a start like this Id say:

-dont build worker *first*, nothing to work for at least a while, maybe second or third
-get fishing first, b/c once yer city hits size 2 what is it going to work? a forest tile is nothing compared to a fish w/workboat complete (BW second)
-have the city only work its specials if possible, get ready to whip often
-explore *surrounding* area only, dont get distracted and run too far off, look for second city site, start along south coast, might be flood plains there me thinks
-once library is built, stop whipping and produce a GS
-worker to farm corn, chop settler and road to second city (not necc. in that order)
