Well, not automatically. I'm pretty sure they need years of the knowledge that no one wants them to become fully drained of all emotional and intellectual vitality.
Well, the Geography class might have done it for me. The Atlas alone cost $100 and I couldn't find it used anywhere.

I won't miss it. I hate snow. I hate how I can't walk outside in the cold without getting sick. I hate everything connected to low temperature.

Melbourne never gets snow, except in the mountains.
Although the occasional 40C days we have I well and truely hate! And we just had 2 in a damn row!
