@Kylearan - give it a shot! On the plus side, a Conquest SG is likely to be on the order of 5-6 player turns, far less than you would have to play if trying it solo. And in most games we're seeing "take up to 10, but 5 is ok if you like" rather than 'finish your turn!', due to the small # of player turns.
I would still recommend the Burgundy game, both because higher diff = even longer interturns, and because the team would benefit from your SG experience
@Pokiste - I wanted to be sure to have a Monarch game or two for that very purpose! (To encourage a few folks new to SG's)
Only for 'Deity' games do we tend to ask for strong skills or experience, but in the average Succession Game, the hosts are
quite happy to see decent folks who play on time, don't have to skip alot, participate in discussion, and avoid exploitative behavior. I'll slot you in the Monarch Germans game
@T_McC and Doc - Before I posted "it's red" I started a game as Norway and yes, they're darkish red. The Magyars (unplayable) seem bright red. So I think T_McC is all set

(T_McC... I'll put you in the Abassid list)
@Arathorn...
Question for all, but particularly for Rus-Conquest players
Is it good, neutral, or an exploit to look up the starting locations of the opposing kings. Needing to wipe out 12 playable nations plus all the unplayable ones, in a time-limit game where others will be near VP victory, sounds like it would most definitely benefit from knowing which 36 cities in 12 nations (cough) we must conquer to win. I've never played multi-regicide and don't know how it compares to normal games. I would imagine the AI 'knows' where your kings are, and they're free to move them if they wish (do they ever do this?) So I'm neutral on the idea, leaning towards ok, but if other Rus players strongly preferred to play king-blind, we can do so. Given that most civs have 4-5 starting cities, failure to know this would increase our work by about 50% but not double or triple it.
