Our local zoo recently got a baby elephant.
This is a very happy occasion by itself, but it also enables the zoo to make solid cash.

I know from playing civilization 4, that upgrading an elephant into modern gunship costs only 325

Modern gunship such as the Hind

is sold for millions of USD.

but what do you actually do to make this upgrade real?
