Oh wow, honestly I forgot that was my screen name (and I just recently changed it).

that's cuz I made it when I was what....15? yeah 15. I'm a hardcore nerd and I love being a nerd, but I don't want to be thought of as a star trek geek. That has more negative connotations. So now, I just got a monty python screen name.

I'm 18, I live in England and I'm starting university this September. At college at the moment finishing my A-levels if any of you Americans have any idea what they are :p. I don't really know how I ended up on this site, I can't stand civ and while I used to play ffh every so often it's never really been my idea of fun. But yeah, I first joined Nero Fire's game and since then I've played in many of the NOTW's although not many lately.

I'd post a picture of myself but... nah. If you're that desperate to see what I look like you can add me on msn and look at my dp. Currently single at the moment, which sucks. Badly. Technically speaking I swing both ways, although I have to say I'm not much intrerested in the ladies right now. Seriously. So over-rated. :lol:

I named myself after my favorite unit in RFC (A mod for Civilization IV, in case you didn't know). This unit was the Dutch East-India Man (I loved colonizing). Amazingly useful. Seeing as I'm from what they called 'West India' (Brazil), I called myself west india man. If only I named myself West India Nam, my initials would be WIN. I currently live in the UK, and have recently turned 14. Being the traditional Brazilian, I'm a carnivore and love football (soccer for you Yankees). I am top of the class in Spanish and History. Although I'm already Bi-lingual (You could even say tri-lingual, due to the fact that I'm so good at Spanish), my parents are planning to send me to France, Germany and then Italy to learn their respective languages. I wish to be an engineer when I'm older, but I'm also considering being a drummer and/or historian. I think of myself as a bit of a nerd, but not as much as a lot of others. I'm atheist (though I pretend to be Catholic, and very few know of my Atheism), and my political beliefs are in my sig.
 
Hi guys, my name is Izipo, and while I've been abducted by TEH ALIENZ for the last couple of months, I have to say that I approve this bump :goodjob:

Life has been pretty complicated lately (hence the abduction), but in a good way.

Contrary to most people around here, I'm now 37, recently got a promotion and I'm getting ready to be married again, which says a lot about hope vs. experience.
With my partner we now have 4 kids aged 9,7,6 and 3 so my days are rather busy.

I've been in NotW VIII to XXVII (?) and still consider them as one of the best gaming exeprience I ever had.
I miss the community around here a lot, especially Nik, LF and Kol.7 to name a few, so I will return... eventually.

Yeah, well I haven't changed much since then. In university now. I've become lazy, cautious and cynical. I'm still depressed. I know a few more people. Civilitas is dead. Durkar is dead. Tigrisian Empire is dead. CivUnited is dead. Still drawing for DYOS.

I'm going to Oregon to camp for a week, California for 3ish weeks and Seattle for another week. Very fun :)
 
I'm not doing much. Spent a lot of money last summer, so we're not going on vacation or anything like that.

I'm 13 (despite me earlier saying I was 28) and I honestly don't have anything to say about how I look because I don't know if others perceive me to be handsome or... what else.

High school's fun, but I'm a good deal younger than anyone else (I turn 14 in May) although I've been told I'm mature, so, you know, I'll be fine.

I'm a musician, a poet, and I like singing but I'm not very good. I love dogs and I love nature and I love socialization and I started on my Christmas wish list over the summer and I have 121 things on it currently.

I don't consider myself to be a nerd, just... smart. But I guess that's open to debate.
