Recommended games for Macs

What games do you play? What games have you had fun playing in the past? What games don't work? What games are you looking forward to?

Gaming on Mac seems pretty bad at the moment. I'd like to have at least one game on my Mac that I find fun, but I won't pay for a high-priced port that runs like crap either. At the moment Diablo3 seems great ...in just a couple of years. Pretty smart of Blizzard... everyone with a Mac will get it, and piracy will probably be much lower among this group.

...No boot-camp or other dual-booting workarounds.

Yes, you're right, I think at least one of the expansions have been ported too.

It was more of a question what those with Macs play and enjoy. I did try Civ4 for PC a few times when it was new, but for me it's not worth the money now, even less as a port.

You'd have to wait longer once a game is released on PC/Windows to be ported to Mac OS .

Anyways, does anyone know of a good small free game for mac? None of that bejewlled or peggle crap.
