To what agreement are you speaking of?
We have heard of no agreement between EDL and Italy, we saw one offer, but it didnt involve USA or USSR. And if you are refering to that agreement it is about helping Spain, and if we are reading correctly you are talking about helping the Republicans.

If you are refering to the German situation, well then I have a few things to say about that:
We see no such agreement posted here.
Italy has already told the worlds it's stance on that subject.
And finally if such an agreement existed, thats between you and Italy, not us.
And on a final note, we have taken no action against Germany, we have merely said what our position on the matter is.

We signed into the EDL to protect ourselves from the USSR. The communist revolt is only a version of a USSR invasion. We have supported the legit spainish gov't since the start. If you will not act, Belgium will send help to our allies ourselves.

We, a proud member, who joined in before you did feel that this is not considered part of the EDL. The EDL was formed to prevent a Soviet invasion. The communist uprising is not a Soviet invasion. I see no soviet troops in Spain. It is not our job to stop the rebellion. We can give aid to our allies of coarse, but Austria sees no reason to take troops away from our borders, borders threatened by Soviet armies to serve against a failing communist rebellion.

And please stop referring to us as though we are not the true Spanish government; the people have chosen their government, and the will of the people shall be done. Also, perhaps you would be well served to look after your own people rather than bother with popular revolutions abroad; something tells me the English people don't much like having the Irish run amok in their country without their so-called "democratic" government doing anything to stop it.
