red spots

anyone else getting random red spots in various tiles? They don't move around but I can't figure out what they are supposed to indicate. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

There is a random red spot on a tundra mountain in the game I am currently playing. I can't figure out anything about it.

Oh, please... It's been reported already by a lot of people, on all kinds of machines.
It's a glitch for the developers to fix.
