I used the site contact form about a week ago to make the request, but got no reply as of yet. If you come across it, please disregard.
The contact form must have blocked or glitched somehow, because a copy would go to one of my email boxes (the same one I used to send to you) if it had worked.

Which is amazing considering that when i try to create a new account with that email address it says to me that the email is already registered and i should use the lost email feature... O_O
As I said i haven't used that account for YEARS, is it possible you archived it or retired it or it got skipped in a forum migration or update, or something since then?
It is beyond me, I am the "non technical" admin, but so far as I know, the only time a user account here is eliminated is when it is merged into another user account (although 0, 1, and 2 post accounts will not not show up in member searches by users, moderators and admins will get them). I copy pasted the email you provided and searched twice and got "no users matching your inquery".
Maybe there was a typo in the email address you posted?
Maybe the VBB search users by email function is glitched.

It appears that the Contact Form has not been functioning properly for 2 or 3 weeks, So persons who have used that to contact staff about registrations problems and not received a response should try an alternate means of communication

Hello, haven't been here in a while. I tried to log in to my account (Jabberwockxeno), but it seems I had forgotten my password, and I've tried to reset it like 7 times now and still have not gotten a password reset email.
Eventually I saw this thread, and decided to go ahead and make a new account to ask if this is related.
