This looks really interesting, but looking at stat sheets makes little sense when I don't have access to the rules. Are they anywhere?

You know what, if you can manage to make this game at least somewhat understandable I would be willing to give it a try.

As this game is still being made, and you even say yourself that most of the rules are still in your head, I can't really specify certain parts at the moment. It is more that the presentation of the stats and rules just looks like a mess of numbers and unexplained terms. A page on the website for the rules, clearly set out, with headings for separate parts would be a great help.
Also your map needs more water, try something more like earth (30% land 70% water).

I read through the Bay 12 posts and it sorely needs a basic description of what the game is all about and what the rules are.

It depends on how people depend to play it. With little interaction then it clearly goes in forum games, but if y'all are willing to do the RP and diplomacy I see no reason for it not to go here.

Fix the formatting, write up all the rules, perhaps put on display the program you use, consolidate to the first post, write intelligibly, cut down on races, make it less like Taxes: the Forum Game, etc.
