Removing the "player has won a space victory" announcement

hey guys n gals,

once you or another player achieved space race victory (or any other? i only had space victories until now) there is a white and PERMANENT notification (just like the counter that lets you keep track of the last 100 or so turns).

this is really annoying if you wanna keep playing. is there any chance to make it go away?

i would have added a screenshot, but right now i have no savefile that is advanced enough.

At least, now you don't have the same music over and over again.

I did a small check and it seems it is coded in the DLL. So no easy fix, unless Leoreth modifies this part.

Yeah, it should be easily possible. Let me have a look.

Edit: I think it's best to simply remove that message completely.
