Renaming Social Policies

Hi,
Because I think that the bonusses of the "order"-policies haven't any relations to their names (Why increases the socialism/communism happiness or science?) I'd like to rename them:

Order --> Globalization
Nationalism/United Front --> Okay these Policies are deserving their names
Planned Economy --> Media Presence
Socialism --> Synergy
Communism --> Globalized Trade

Well, I can't find the file where I can edit these names...

You make a mod, Update the text keys, and you're done. You don't actually NEED to know where the originals are to update them. Of course, you'll have to change several keys for each; there's a normal version, a capitalized version, the civilopedia entries...

(But for reference, I think they're in NewText/en_US/CIV5GameTextInfos_Jon.xml.)
