I've tried my hand with the software to create my own CIV (my own idea that I am fleshing out, not an actual country), but it is not something that is really working very well and coding is really not in my talents to begin with...
If there's anyone out there who'd be open to work with me to bring this idea to life, I'd be happy to chat about pricing something out as a commission so you're not doing this for me out of your own free time, as well as to go over the specifics. I'm happy to provide all of the information and content, I just need someone more technically-capable than I am to get it in a state that I can use in the game :\
