Request - Show city borders before settling

Ive been using a mod for Civ V - ( enhanced user interface mod ) and it has a feature where when you select a settler their is an overlay showing you the Max city boundaries (3 tiles in every direction).

Ive been scratching my head endless sleepless night trying to figure out how to do this for Civ VI or import it from the Civ V mod.

Please could someone either point me in the right direction or if its simple then quickly whip a quick UI overlay mod up for the settler.

What I'd eventually really like to see is that colored overlay for city placement as in Civ4. This could replace the nearly useless pins on the map.

Anyone that can help make a city radius mod like the above so we can check a check box and see what the radius off a city would be before we settle? many thanks

I'd also love to have a mod for this. It's really annoying, having to count hexes in every direction before settling a new city...
