We're not campaigning for the current RPG forum, just the one that's currently under construction for DG3. The RPG no longer consist of simple posts, but of complex storylines in which all can get deeply interested.

Go to almost ANY other forum, and you will find even more pointless threads and posts. I can link you to a few in C&C (the main place I go) if you'd like.

Excellent wording there. I think this sums up the argument for allowing Demogame posts to count. So far the poll lists it as 21-8 in favor (counting my yes vote).

I certainly hope that it works.... Remember the old addage "Don't ask for it, or you might get it"? I certainly hope that this doesn't have the effect of creating an outlet for thinly disguised spammers.
Reason being that it may not be much fun anymore.
Shaitan has already said that it has matured (which I interpret, rightly or wrongly as having beomce more interesting / fun) since the postcount was eradicated.
Before, you got people participating simply for the enjoyment. Now they have another reason.

Its still sitting at about 6K at the moment. I don't think he's restoring post count for previous posts, only for new ones made there.

Actually.... I see this as a great victory... I could careless about the other RPG forum... Just as long as the new one counts, but.... If there are people who wish's to try to get DG2's RPG to count also... I'll stand behind them.
Oh, I have nothing better to do... hehe.
It's just a name change; I'm still the old me.
