Maryland is....gone. There's going to be the Central African Union and the Bahamas but beyond that, meh. Even that one Africa territory on the Africa coast is gone.

The Bahamas is a capitalist dictatorship but the Central African Union is a Federal Republic if that changes anything. As for Hegemon Armies, American League+Portugal's armies. I don't have the numbers in front of me right now.
