NPC Diplomacy

Maryland has collapsed into Liberia (Democratic, Capitalist, Vassal of Nordia), the Bahamas Republic (Fascist, Capitalist, Vassal of the Hegemony), and the Central African Union (Democratic, Socialist).

All three of the new NPCs are atomic powers, having inherited Maryland's atomic program. Due to a previous deal (before Maryland collapsed), Maryland's stockpile of atomic bombs were given to the Hegemony.
