Quick show of hands (since I need to balance it out now), how many players think they're going to transfer their nations to RIOT II when it comes out? I mean transfer. If you're going to create a new nation, this doesn't apply.

Also, rule of thumb, I think I'm going to say everybody has to cut the size of size of their nation in half during the transfer which would be paid back with free infrastructure that can be placed as will.

Wait, what? How do I justify withdrawing from half of Soviet territory? It screws up the roleplaying.

just think of it this way: revolutionary sentiment rose again, all the nations were affected by it, but with the actions of the Government and the people, the revolution as destroyed, but half of every nation has being destroyed with it.
