Math's post had some weird misspelling I can't decipher. Most of the time when that happens someone is using the Internet on their phone (but apparently Math just doesn't proofread). I can't stand those zigzagging red lines under misspelled words, which is why I rarely have a spelling error.

My reasoning for not turning over eastern half of Nile: I want Egypt to stay unified.
His reasoning for wanting it: rebuilding a "nation" that is thousands of years extinct, and nobody in the region really wants to see back (including the Jews, considering it would cause them strife). Israel? I'm fine with that. Even Fertile Crescent. But not my lands.
His real reasoning for wanting it: 98.12% sure it's the Suez canal. The other 1.88% is impulsiveness.

Also, I didn't think there were this many Jews. Remember that Turkish rebellion? Gee, I wonder if that was caused because they were tired of fighting for another religion.

The Turks that rebelled were funded by Egypt (as everyone knows) but did so because they want their own nation but mostly because they were tired of being conscripted into the army. The battle of Ankara has increased the number of refugees in the Holy Land to 'bout 1.2 million. A lot of them Turk since that's where the heaviest fighting has been. The fighting in Ankara didn't help matters.

If you declare war on Egypt than you'll have to declare war on me too, and I might have a working nuke by then. Lets face it, every thing Israel has coming to them is entirely Israel's fault, and by siding with them you'll already prolong a brutal and bloody war.

I never said I didn't fund the rebellion. But it never would have happened if the Turks weren't being oppressed by Jews (which is kind of ironic).

Never said you didn't say you did. Just reminding that even with all the elements for the rebellion there, they don't spawn randomly (this is mostly a note to players).

I've gotten several PM questions this turn asking about it, so I'll explain espionage a little bit more.

Espionage is the opposite of counterespionage. While counterespionage fights espionage, espionage lowers the counterespionage rate. It's very open ended as well. Players can ask for certain information about the nation they're attacking if they want. Espionage is great for information gathering. There's also a 25% chance of you getting a chance to perform some kind of action against that nation if you choose.
