After reading the rules more carefully, I'll have to demand a 2:1 trade in my favor if we're going to do this.

We have a love/hate relationship with the Muslims. They are the Children of Abraham, but not of Isaac and Jacob. We respect the moderate Muslims. However, we feel it is their duty to respect our rule. When they form a state of their own within the Promised Land, it would be a rebellion amongst our own people.

You on the other hand, are the leader of the Sons of Ham. You exist only to serve us. You should be swearing vassalage to us. That said, we will allow you to live peacefully, FOR NOW.

But if you claim any of the Asian Promised Land, you're done. (This does not include the Sinai Peninsula.)

heh, Sweden didn't control that part of Sweden IRL for most it's history (at least, I think it was Malmö it didn't control...)

Kuwait isn't in the Holy Land. However, you are European, and we don't want you colonizing the Middle East. And we might take action if you did.
