Are we stopping you claiming south of Russia and east of Manchuria? No, we are not. You are free to claim there.

There are plenty of available land for you. But you refused to expand there and instead claim where another nation has interests in on fabricated grounds seemingly bent on provoking a confrontation.

You may counter: "oh, but there are plenty of land for you as well!" That is true, but our claims in Siberia are based on actual historical, cultural, ethnic and ideological grounds, and yours are based on half-truths and imperial pride. Emperor Juan Carlos says that due to the English Empire imploding, we are left with only one ally who supports our claim, versus three Anti imperialist countries, so we withdrew our claim to most of Africa, all of Asia and the Americas. this reduced us to just 21 provinces, and thus, we are considering isolationism, because we will be, literally, too weak to compete on the international scale.

france has in his SoI, around 40-60 provinces, compared to spain's 21. im qualified to be a vassal, but just barely.

there is a reason for vassalage, protection from enemies. also it states in the Mathalian Constitution (a guide for nations... kind of) that if i am too weak, i must submit to vassalage.

nothing seripus happend except for england quitting, which forced me to withdraw from asia, america and most of Africa in my SoI.

after waking up from a nice sleep (743 AM right now) i i have decided that i will compete on the international scale. i will have, in all, 20 armies, 10 navies, indeterminate into Counter Espinooge and a dung-load of WMDs. this doesn't even mention France or Yugoslavia whoa re both allies of the Mighty Empire.

EDIT: i just realized that Juan Carlos, the Emperor in this game is the Spanish King in real life. just pretend he started ruling 20 years sooner than expected, since Francisco died or something.
