Emperor Juan Carlos visited Constantinople, And remarked on how beautiful the city was, and wants the City to be the leading Economic, Industrial and Academic city in Spain. he has invested several billion dollars to improve Spanish Constantinople. by the time it is finished, Constantinople will be one of the largest city in the world.
Once the Core SoI is finished (or effectively finished) i may start to claim some colonies.the Philippians are good, as well as Central America or Peru. and probably more of africa as well. any suggestions?

didn't i clearly say it was optional? i ony ahve 21 provinces in my SoI, that would add like.. ~15 provinces if i claimed central america (not mexico) and the Philippines. it woudl be 37 province which is still smaller than france.
my suggestion: actually look at the number of provinces i want to claim before doing anything. you accepted france SoI as fine with Israel, this is, if anything, better than France. as it is at most bbarely more than half the size.

incorrect. it is "we have enough on our hands right now." and, if you declare war, its going to be unpleasant. not to mention that your CB is... shaky. your gonna declare war on me for optionally wanting some colonies which i may not even get in time, or want them.
in fact, i can ban all colonial ambitions (besides the ones i may take by war), and not suffer until late game.
