Spain and Yugoslavia, unlike Maryland, haven't stagnated because of the war. Maryland can't hope to win in a war.

But it kills any chance of him getting troops to help you since Libya is already blockaded. It also means he can't get military aid in or out without possibly being intercepted.

Rule Amendment ('bout four updates ago). It's why I have "Holy Land is a 100% blockaded" in the blockade section since that means anyone sending war aid to him will lose all that aid being sent.

If it was at, say, 75%, I would do an RNG roll for each point/army/navy gifted.

Following the war, I may adjust the rules so blockaded territory don't produce LPs. But only after the war to be fair.

General Bloodstain has seized power from the Emperor, "The people are sick of being used as pawns for the elites amusement" he stated over the radio. I'll be issuing mandatory curfews in every county through out the Empire, anyone caught outside there homes between the hours of 8pm-10am will be shot on sight, anyone who makes bad puns about our new glorious leader will also be shot on sight, anyone who laughs at the puns will have there legs crippled on sight. Our new regime is withdrawing our support for Egypt and throwing our support for Israel and her allies.

You could just surrender the East Nile for the 4 XP deal. At this point, you're massively outgunned and politically outmaneuvered. oh. dear. God. im seriously afraid of a communist revolution in Spain. i don't want a revolution which every single communist state would support...

in other news, we acknowledge Maryland's conversion to communism, and support against Egypt.
