The administrative reforms of the last several years are now complete. The heroic, socialist peoples of the Amurian Soviet Republic can now look forward to a new chapter in our history.
The reforms are necessary as ASR has grown to the point that our current system no longer accurately reflects the great diversity of our nation and regional needs of the people. Therefore, the Supreme Soviet of the Amurian Soviet Republic has voted to reform the government into a kind of federation of republics, while remaining true to the basis of Workers' Soviet Democracy that has so enhanced the livelihood of the people.
The country shall now be officially renamed the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. It will be organized into multiple republics so that different regions and nationalities of the Union are better to cope with regional issues. The capital of the Union shall be moved to Moscow, as it is a larger and more developed city than Khabarovsk. Khabarovsk will remain the capital of the Amurian Soviet Republic, which is now one of the many fraternal republics of the Soviet Union. The State Anthem of the USSR has been reinstated as the Union anthem, though Comrade Sergei Mikhalkov will write new lyrics as worthy of the new Soviet Union.
This is not a return to the terror of the Stalinist years; this is a new beginning for all the progressive peoples. We shall be pragmatic in building communist and pursuing a better life and equality for all.
The Soviet Union will from this day on carry out all the international treaties and obligations of the Amurian Soviet Republic. All our allies are assured that this internal administrative change and name change will not harm our friendship in the least. In fact, quite the reverse, we want closer cooperation and to strengthen our friendship with our allies.

Still no. We already paid Egypt for that land, its ours. If we took it by force I might understand, but we didn't.
Seriously, you may be stronger, but I have a nuclear program nearly done, and you don't want nukes down your throat.
Let's just sign a 4 turn ceasefire, with an agreement that neither side will attack the other for four turns, you can sign whatever "Contracts", and we will swear in Yahweh's name. (Also, BTW, lying on a promise to Yahweh would lead to revolts, not to mention God's own wrath.)

nukes which cost 5 LP each and stops one LP or destroys 2 armies. sorry, not cost effective. espically since you ahve to destroy 20 provinces (costing 100 LPs) to make me an even match for you. im sorry, but that's horribly expensive for such a little effect.
