It was the vanilla RevDCM that froze on next turn after those python exceptions. First noticed it in RoM after I had merged your newest mod version and to isolate the problem I tested also your vanilla RevDCM as well to see if the same bug occurs there and it did. Freezing happened on battle zoom just before combat and also happened when I tried to capture workers. Couldn't see anything in the log files that would point to the cause...Hi Zapp
Yeah that bug is documented already Zapp and needs to be fixed in 2.8. There is an ugly interaction between BUG and changing teams in the python it seems. What I did not realise is that the game freezes. This did not happen in vanilla RevDCM that I could tell. Just a heap of ugly python/BUG warnings.

is there a known error building the Project dependencies? I've added a new project and it gets selected as a requirement for all other projects (with bogus number of projects requirement)
Is there something known to be broken with modular loading of projects?

Yes, Projects can not be modularly added in RevDCM. I had to re-write the way they were loaded from a readpass2 to a readpass3 for modular projects to work.
I believe random events have the same problem. The cause is that WoC breaks most readpass2 loading.

I can post the updated CvInfos with the above fixes I referenced. It doesn't break saves.
