RFC Europe -Art and Flags Thread

I have actually tried to download this Joan, and it redirects to civfanatics.ru. It seems someone has uploaded the Joan there. ;)

To apply the secret plan to extend the French spawn date to 100 BC, so that they have a chance of winning XD

Here is the situation, after the new Polish LHs, the French debate, and the new, just in-case, Alp Arslan (a new Baybars is up as well, but then, what would Saladin do?), the situation is.......that: (I hope I found the best overall solution for the French problem)

Remember, the list is still debatable

New music. Could possibly suit in one or more civs whose music is currently problematic.

I think both of the older stuff were better. The first one looks to me like a Roman watchtower, while the second looks too "luxurious" for a stan.

I just now noticed that music post in my lurkings and took some time to listen to the songs. There's some pretty good stuff.

I would suggest the Garibaldi songs for Venice, at the very least, seeing as they have the same music as the Byzantines which is... meh. Poland, Sweden, Burgundy, Austria, Bulgaria, and Kiev would also be better with new music, seeing as their current music isn't related to them in anyway, though it sounds OK. If none of you want to, I could try my hand at implementing some: I'm no pro modder, but I've created some Civilizations for very tiny personal mods, and coding the music wasn't that hard.

Also, will Austria be getting a "real" leaderhead? Washington just seems a little out of place.

Here's what I came up with. Hope it's acceptable. MP3 files and updated XML in the zip.

Venice: Got a generic sounding Italian piece from the music folder Micbic posted. Not sure if it's 100%, though.

Kiev: Got a piece of medival Ukrainese music, title unknown to me.

Poland: Chromatica by Adam Jarzębski, early Polish baroque composer.

Sweden: Marcia Caolus Rex by Wilhelm Harteveld. Swedish military march. (I think it was written in the time period, but I'm unsure.)

Austria: Generic piece from the folder Micbic posted, intended for a German/Austrian leader. I was consider the first theme from Symphony Number 40 or Gott Erhalte Franz den Kaiser, but I figured that they were probably too late for the time frame.

EDIT: Just noticed that Sweden's music, at least, doesn't seem to repeat in diplomacy. Not sure how to fix this.
