To look at the changes, go to sourceforge and look at the infos:

threemiro has submitted version 271 of rfceurope ....

If you click on the number, it will tell you what 271 updates compared to 270. Then you need to go to 270 and so on.

Yeah I already downloaded the mod, just thought I'd point that out.
So 271 is "Moscow names changed", and 270 is "Changed some XML text files to reduce bytes. (just some texts that I included more than once for religious buildings.)"
And how will I know once I get to changes before alpha11? Or are all 271 changes are the changes from alpha10b to alpha11?

My guess is that alpha 10b was somewhere in the 250s. You can check for the Dutch spawn date, I am not sure which one it was.

I would guess that your .ini file must have a problem.
Make sure it says this:

I changed it so it is named "RFCEurope" in the next version.

Did you install it in the program files or did you install it in your documents? You should do the first. It should be here.

The mod is not in the correct folder. It should be in the mods folder in Beyond the Sword folder wherever you installed Civilization IV. Check for a double sub folder RFCEurope\RFCEurope\...., there should be only one.

Thanks, got it working. Forgot to switch the icon path for BTS to the other folder after I moved it.

it goes from RFCEurope_Alpha10b --> RFCEurope_Alpha10 --> RFCEurope and thats where my .ini file is. is that wrong?

It should be simply RFCEurope, no other subfolders are needed. Take the RFCEurope subfolder and put it directly into Beyond the Sword\Mods

ok it seems that i have two different .ini folders. one is RFCEurope.ini and the other is RFCEurope_Alpha10b.ini? im confused :confused:

Get rid of this folder completely: RFCEurope_Alpha10b

Your path should be:

Civ4/BtS/Mods/RFCEurope (this is where the .ini file should be)

In other words, when you unzip forget the RFCEurope_Alpha10b folder, just take the RFCEurope and put it directly in the "Mods" folder.

So far i only seen alpha 10b links. Sorry but i NEVER seem to download anything from rapidshare. It just sucks lol. For me.

alright i deleted the RFCEurope_Alpha10b stuff and all thats in the mod folder now is RFCEurope and inside that folder is the .ini folder. but now when i try to load it with advanced it doesnt even load the normal game.

OK, just to verify, in the RFCEurope folder, you have the entire download, and make sure the .ini is exactly what I had posted above.

Also, do you have BtS patch 3.19? That is a possible problem... If not, download that patch here and then try it again.
