Bulgaria uses Persian default names if there isn't any name for a city they've settled on their city name map.

I find the generic names for this mod really copied/pasted from vanilla RFC. I have no idea why Bulgaria uses Persian names. This is ridiculous.
Also, some civs have generic city names that are also in the city name manager (like France, having Dijon in here while Dijon is the Burgundian capital).
