Is there any documentation available on the UHQs?

This version was released before I've done what I wanted for it (so probably next uploaded version will be 0.0.4r) because I'm leaving my town and going to my university city. So no documentation for the moment. Probably it will appear at the first page (maybe today).

The UHQs are very good and there could be tons of them in the future! Already looking forward to your next additions.

No, I meant that all the other UHQs could be argued to have been achieved in history, but this one not.

I just figured LuKo would be naming those Infantry units "Bolsjeviks" or something. "Red Army"?

I didn't bother to name non-GG units. Still UHQs should represent achieved things (to help simulating history) and things that was improbable (to give a lot of options to a player. Why not making a peaceful, trading with whole World, Mongolia?).

Why, in a way that is historical, at least for certain periods of time. The term Pax Mongolica is there for good reason
