Have you changed the name of the folder? Anyway, do you have maps in RFCM-LuKo\PublicMaps? If you do, try to open one with BtS (usually it is the default option).
the folder is there, and there are 4 maps there (3000BC, 3000BC unlocked, 600AD, 600AD unlocked), but they don't show up under any scenario or custom scenario option; the game doesn't seem to recognize that they are there
Try to open one of this maps directly (double clicking, not ingame loading).
The option to play normal game should be inactive. Usually, for me, changed name of the folder (like RFCM-LuKo(2)) creates the problem like that.
