Haven't been here in a while, great job so far. You're really deep into the production at this point, but I hope there's still room for an idea or two!
I noticed a new unique building for Burgundy which was the winery that replaced the brewery. This is an interesting thought, which we made me question the building of breweries when playing as Civs like the Iberian and Italian Civs... They never really brewed beer in that time period but were limited to wine like the Burgundians in the mod. (While Spain and Portugal have gotten tastes for it in modern times, the Italians still aren't into beer at all)
A cool idea would be to arrange for ALL of those southwestern Civs to build wineries instead of breweries. It won't be advertised as a unique building but just something players would notice and appreciate the accuracy of. They would probably have the same benefits too. Or one would get a bonus from wine, and the other from barley and the other beer resources. This implies making a new UB for Burgundy though.
