Dunno if it was mentioned before but I just saw there's a typo in the OP: Seowon is spelled as Seowan in the Three Kingdoms ability description*

"Leader Ability - Radio Oranje Domestic Trade Route increase Identity, Foreign Trade Route increase Cuture "

There is no such thing as identity. It was just clarified that identity had been changed to Loyalty. After the first look video of Wilhelmina was made.

One thing i would add is that America's civ ability is changed to " replace one diplomacy slot with a wildcard slot"
There is probably more to the ability (because as is would be a worse greece).

History shows how much I like collecting tooltips. Here’s one new so far

    Code:
    KOTOKU-IN

    Base Cost: 710 Production

+20% Faith in this city. Grants 4 Warrior Monks.

    Requires:
    * Temple (Holy Site)
    * Must be adjacent to a Holy Site

Also, the wonder name isn’t Archivos. Here’s the updated Cartography tooltip (you can see the previous one in-game or in my un-updated document)

    Code:

    361 Science

+2 Gold from the Fishing Boat improvement. All naval and embarked units can navigate Ocean tiles.

Pls edit the miscellaneous section about the golden band around the End Turn button. Based on the Korean livestream, the band represents the progress based on the player's Era score. Full gold band means the player is eligible for Golden Age on the next game Era.

    Misc:
    - Gameplay/Balance: no trade route after building harbor or commercial hub. The trade route is now tied to lighthouse or market respectively.
    - All civ and leader abilities are revisited to check if they fit with the gameplay changes. If necessary they are reworked, e.g. Founding Fathers (America).

Should be noted that the South Pole Station (whatever they call it) appears as a wonder-style icon on the civics tree, so with Taj Mahal now revealed Chateau Frontenac is essentially confirmed not to be a wonder.

Not sure if it's been said anywhere else but Grand Minister's Palace should be renamed to Grand Master's Chapel.
    Edit: Never mind it has.

Although you can’t get the details you can get the names of all the abilities for the other three governors from their overview page.

On the wonders list, Chateau Frontenac is still there and Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station still says it could be a district.

+1 to you. For consistency, I think you should remove Chateau Frontenac from the list and re-add it only when we have more confirmation. After all, the late game item in the civic tree looks to have a dome and the usual style of wonder, not a district.

For the record we have the full list of Wonders, Chateau Frontenac is not in the game, and we have the other wonders already.
