"Leader Ability - Radio Oranje Domestic Trade Route increase Identity, Foreign Trade Route increase Cuture "

There is no such thing as identity. It was just clarified that identity had been changed to Loyalty. After the first look video of Wilhelmina was made.

Dunno if it was mentioned before but I just saw there's a typo in the OP: Seowon is spelled as Seowan in the Three Kingdoms ability description*

Misc:
- Gameplay/Balance: no trade route after building harbor or commercial hub. The trade route is now tied to lighthouse or market respectively.
- All civ and leader abilities are revisited to check if they fit with the gameplay changes. If necessary they are reworked, e.g. Founding Fathers (America).

Not sure if it's been said anywhere else but Grand Minister's Palace should be renamed to Grand Master's Chapel.
Edit: Never mind it has.

Although you can’t get the details you can get the names of all the abilities for the other three governors from their overview page.

+1 to you. For consistency, I think you should remove Chateau Frontenac from the list and re-add it only when we have more confirmation. After all, the late game item in the civic tree looks to have a dome and the usual style of wonder, not a district.

For the record we have the full list of Wonders, Chateau Frontenac is not in the game, and we have the other wonders already.
