I think the devs in the stream stated that there wasawonder that gives you stright up Governor Titles, the Casa de Contraction is the most likely one for that.
will half priced settlers that found cities with 4 population and a free builder make industrial and later settling more fun? Looking so much forward to doing that. And if you set the Stewart to these cities...
On a related note: I hope they nerf chopping by 50%, so that the Stewart gives as much as it does now.
There's an ability that allows a city the governor is in to receive bonuses from all industrial zones within six tiles rather than from the most productive industrial zone. Pair that with Toronto (or the city-state replacing it if Canada were to be promoted) and it becomes powerful.
The only reason I find it somewhat strange is it is called the Kremlin in the newest board game that is based off of this.
That being said it is clearly just the Cathedral.
P.S. The Pentagon was a wonder in the game as well and we aren't getting it either.
Does the close spawn bug still occur, I have an itch to play some civ, but I hate being spawned right next to someone as i'm not that good at making early war unless i'm a civ that gets early units.

So the stream today has created quite the conundrum for me. On the one hand I haven't been this excited to play Civ6 since its release, and on the other hand I don't want to play Civ6 without all these cool new features. What's a guy to do?
Since Chateau Frontenac doesn't seem to be a wonder, maybe Canada (if they are in R&F) will have a (Grand) Railway Hotel UB/UI? Of course, that might be odd when the game doesn't actually have railways...

I’ve seen, as you have, many reactions to R&F. Again, it doesn’t surprise me and it is obvious that there are some who are either displeased of certain revelations shown in the stream and before that, in this thread and others, and there are those who logically question things still. I find the latter healthy and necessary. But, aside from Civ preferences, and maybe including them, it is early to get bent out of shape for what we might think not enough or too OP, etc.; we don’t know a lot of things yet and the game we saw in the stream was on an earlier build. They made reference to it, if I remember correctly, plus Andrew F. said that R&F was very much still in development when he mentioned Queen Seondeok‘s new appearance (they heard the displeasure loud and clear). So, many things will change and will be modified before release. At least that is what I am led to believe. Again, they are paying attention to what this and other forums communicate. Personally, I’m happy to see this for I have been critical of their lack of communication and attention to genuine complaints, bugs included that seem so basic and we all know them. So, who knows, we might persuade them to have many things changed or modified in these remaining weeks. We often think, or at least I naively thought that they release First Looks and do streams to cause hype and promote the game, but besides that, they reallly test the game against those who know their stuff and are fanatics of the franchise. They don’t have the money to pay for such service and we do give it freely. Some more and more ably than others. For that, I’m thankful. I hope they are, but we shall see in the weeks to come.
