The reason why the Ottomans and the Inca were assumed to be assured was because the Maya and the Byzantines were out-- and how could they all four be in the same pack??
I still think that's kind of the case, which depresses me, mostly on the Inca/Maya front. Perhaps we *will* end up seeing uncharted DLC-on-DLC fronts being forged.
"Are you here to share your enlightenment?"The relationship between Mvemba and Shaka will be the stuff of legend...

"I'm here to share my Impi with you."
If they do end up being the cultural one they're going to take all of his great people away.I doubt the Mapuche will be very aggressive except in defending themselves but I do hope they’ll take the annoying Pedro down a peg or two.![]()
As long as the DLC civs don't use any mechanics from the expansions you can release move DLC civs/leaders for base game just fine. Like Mongolia for instance doesn't use any new features.
Steam has the capability to require prereqs, so not an issue. As long as the DLC civs don't use any mechanics from the expansions you can release move DLC civs/leaders for base game just fine. Like Mongolia for instance doesn't use any new features.
Since Chandragupta has the "hates neighbors" agenda, what could Shaka have?

Somewhat looking forward to Atomic era Scotland the Brave/Flower of Scotland playing as spaceship parts get launched into the sky...
I say we lack a leader that likes when you conquer cities. Alexander and Genghis were perfect for that. Eventually, one became Gorgo 2.0 and the other one has an agenda about horsesSince Chandragupta has the "hates neighbors" agenda, what could Shaka have?

Also:
Calling it early: Wallace will be wearing a kilt, playing bagpipes, and will say, "There can be only one!" when he declares war.
Luckily you caught yourself, because that would, in fact, be awesome. The only way it could be worse is if they chose Rowdy Roddy Piper as the leader, though that may be awesome instead.
That would work better with Lautaro I think. The opposite of Victoria, probably: hates foreigners who settle on his home continent.
I don't generally play TSL, but I love the idea of Dom Satan sandwiched between Montezuma and Lautaro.I doubt the Mapuche will be very aggressive except in defending themselves but I do hope they’ll take the annoying, arrogant Pedro down a peg or two.![]()
