[R&F] Rise and Fall General Discussion Thread

An Aspyr dev said on the Steam forum that the Mac and Linux versions of R&F are due in late March. Since Firaxis has not been getting more than one patch ahead of Aspyr, it would seem that we may not be getting followup patches for PC until after that.

I haven't been checking that as often as I used to since my fallout with Aspyr on that very forum, but it would not surprise me on both accounts. Late March sounds about right, or even hopeful in my opinion, and, Firaxis wouldn't release anything before that for sure. Unless they are really mean.

Disable mods before playing with R&F. They are likely broke as heck and will cause bugs.

Well, I guess that would be R&F specific, and this is only base game.

Seriously. Someone at Firaxis has a serious vendetta against Cyrus. Or else takes Herodotus at face value. Despite contradictory claims.
