According to http://steamcommunity.com/app/289070/discussions/0/1489992080523574927/ release times will be the following. Although I wasn't able to find such info on Sarah Darney's twitter.

21:00 (9pm) PT, Feb 7th (US pacific coast)
00:00 (midnight) ET, Feb 8th (US atlantic coast)
05:00 (5am) GMT, Feb 8th (UK)
06:00 (6am) CET, Feb 8th (Europe mainland)
16:00 (4pm) AEDT, Feb 8th (Canberra, Australia)

At this point I'm hoping they are in a code freeze and haven't found anything critical enough to be fixing this close to the release. Let's not fix one thing and break something else!

I have a three day break now - 6th, 7th, 8th of Feb. Because I'm in AEST, I don't expect to see the expansion unlock until some time on the 9th. I'm not fussed really, I'll have a good session with it next week on my days off.

EDIT: A few posts up seems to indicate tomorrow 4pm. Sounds good to me.

Since Sarah's quote speaks of mainland Europe, I guess it will be at the same time, whch makes it 7am for us. I am at a dilemma here - I can easily work from home (and my employer allows it, as we start work pretty early), so no one will really watch me what exactly I am doing. On the other hand, a colleague is leaving our firm and Thursday is his last day with us, so I wouldn't want to miss it. I guess it will be Thursday evening for me, then, and probably a Friday working from home

There has to be mistake somewhere. According to Firaxis it unlocks at 6am tomorrow here but Steam tells me it's 6pm.
