Also, yes, PMing me orders for your nation's surprise attacks is allowed because they do happen and there is no way to do that other than by PMing me. If you wish to engage in such a surprise attack, I will keep my lips sealed in the interest of the game.

The confederacy of the rhine accepts any propoals put foward to it.

We would liek to announce however that we stay neutral in any conflicts, as the German people are a peaceful people.

We renege on our influences by Austria and Prussia. They are welcome to join us in a Germanic Union, but we will not be drawn into their conflicts.
