I have decided I will try to setup this PBEM again based on my Road to War Historical. It will be set using Historical, so some nations will not be in any action until 1939 or later.

I only really need two players, myself and one other to play this. But the more the merrier.

Be aware you need a very good PC and Windows 7-64 plus at least 6 GB of RAM to be able to play it. And have installed Civ 4 as per my thread in my signature.
